This company's products are less useful or effective. Advertisements make huge claims that are not supported by the results of using the product. They only refund 60% of the total cost of the products you purchased, or you can ship the product back to them at your own expense. Personally I haven't used these gel pens but I bought another of their products and I could very well take the money I've spent on products down the river and throw them away. Very poor customer relations comparable to their products. I should have checked them out through the Better Business Bureau.
