Easy to use and customize as per your requirement with inbuilt tools like CSV uploads etc., Support from salesforce community team is excellent (in India we don't have much options). No free version of this product available yet so if you are looking at customizations then better spend more time understanding before going ahead. We used it primarily to create/maintain multiple set ups within our org using connectors provided by SFDC. I can see many opportunities where free sights could be integrated into other system which would help us automate certain manual process that could otherwise take lot longer or even result in human errors too! The ease of use of the product. I have been using this software since 2014 and am still able to operate it without any assistance from the support team. The program has helped me in my work by allowing me to automate repetitive tasks that would otherwise be time consuming and difficult. I don't have any dislikes about the program. It's quite easy to use and intuitive as well. I highly recommend this software. It has allowed me to streamline my daily operations and save time. It has made my job easier.
