This is by far the most durable garbage bag I have ever used. I have a 45 gallon trash can in my yard for bulky waste, pet waste, etc. and use 55 gallon trash bags as they fit better in the trash can. Most of the cheap 55 gallon yard bags you get at the big stores are fine, but stick anything sharp and/or heavy in them and they'll always tear and then break. Not these! I've been using these bags for about 6 months now and they are by far the best bags ever. Never ripped before and I load them very hard. We're cleaning the house because we're going to be moving in a few months, so we throw away a lot of things. The best bags for such things.
