Installing a new brush roll on the Shark Rotator is not easy. The Torx screwdrivers included in this kit are useless, they just removed the heads from the screws. Luckily I was able to get the screws out with a small flathead screwdriver and a wrench. I replaced all torx screws with standard phillips screws. Once installed, the brush roll works great.
