Excellent Customer Service With Great Results

The customer service I received from this program was exceptional! They have been there for me every step of my journey with their software, answering all questions as they arise without any hesitation or delay in getting back to you when needed!! Their support team has made working through changes very easy - no matter how complicated it may be at times. Nothing really comes up too often anymore because we are able to resolve issues quickly via email (which isn't always an option if things get out of hand). As mentioned above though, great communication between myself and our account manager makes life much easier than having to call multiple people each time something needs attention/changes need being implemented etc.. We would highly recommend using them over other providers who use more traditional methods such as phone calls & emails only. It's so helpful not needing constant follow ups about what features can help us reach better results within our store network.
