Great tool and great customer service to boot
I like that it's easy for me as an attorney in my firm (which has no IT department)to use this software without having any technical skills or help from our tech support team! The interface could be more user friendly but other than those two things we've been very happy with what they have provided so far!! It does not do anything out-of-the ordinary - just allows us access information about cases filed by different attorneys within various firms where one case can affect another client/case file which makes tracking them much easier when you are looking at multiple files across several clients etc..
Pros
- Easy to update / edit data; good reporting features.
- Reports generated via system look professional &/or pretty well formatted, if needed manually created reports may need some cleaning up before using again however..if used once per quarter is great value vs going through excel documents each time trying sort thru all notes related items..not fun : )
Cons
- System slowdowns occasionally occur during heavy loads...when these happen its usually best avoided until loading complete unless doing updates while
