Defective scrap, out of warranty

The end of the microphone body has fallen apart due to the glue not sticking together and will not honor the warranty. Here is the customer support response: ---------- Is the headset physically defective or not working properly? Physical damage is not covered under the Kingston/Hyperx product warranty. If the headset is physically broken it is still covered by the 2 year warranty and you can submit a warranty request by clicking the link below. Please note that you must provide a copy of your proof of purchase when making a warranty request.
