I like that they are always looking at ways to improve their service for both customers as well employees! They have been very responsive with any questions or requests we've had so far - nothing negative here yet but i'm sure there will be soon since this is such an important area of our business (pension provision). The system doesn't work too smoothly sometimes when entering data into it can take some time which isn’t ideal if you need fast action from them eg new membership details etc. It's great having someone who looks after us pensioners throughout my working life. There has never once ever been anything wrong about using smart pencements services either myself nor other members within our organisation trust these guys 100%.
