We needed shoes for our son to walk in the water during summer school. We bought cheaper shoes for $15-20 and this one and then compared them. Jay's legs are growing fast. Very fast. But when we tried both on, we saw a difference with the Merrell. . . .how they were made, how they fit, and it's a great looking shoe too! J smiled when it was turned on, and after its test run, it worked for hours without complaining. Even though it cost more than double, we went with it.
