I like that it's able to find people who are related to me in my social graph. It can also find new connections for you if they're not already connected. The interface is clunky at times (especially when trying to add someone). Sometimes it doesn't work well with certain networks. You have to be willing to put some time into getting this tool up and running. This could be a great way of finding more contacts! We've been using it as part of our recruitment process, but we haven't found anything specific yet - just lots of useful leads.
