I like the fact that it is free for open source projects. The support team is pretty good as well. It is easy to use, and you can have the most complex rules built in. Honestly, this is what I dislike about it. There are so many different types of alerts that it's difficult to get something that will actually help me fix any issues. You really need to give it a try to see if it works for your needs. We are using it to alert us when someone is looking at sensitive files. This helps identify who may be doing something malicious without anyone being aware of it.
