First off, how CUTE is this little dinnerware set?! Even the box is cute, with colorful pictures and a bow tie - my little granddaughter enjoyed playing around with the handle even before we opened it. - The record is great. Raised eyes and a smile are actually very helpful: they provide a "fixing point" for food, making it easy for a toddler to pick up food on a fork or spoon. The suction of the plate works very well and the seal is easy to break if necessary. Washes great. Perfect for at home or on the go and eating out. Works well on a table or chair. Good for a coffee table or low table - stay on it for snacks. - Fork and spoon have nice thick handles, just right for little hands. Its shape made it easy for my granddaughter to use and hold. The design of the cups is not very good. We have had other mugs with a similar design and they are impossible to keep clean. This mug includes a very small bottle brush for cleaning the tiny flexible tube, but when using the same type of brush on other similar mugs, we accidentally punched a hole in the tube. To be honest, it's just too complicated a design to keep clean. Which is a shame because the rest of the set is almost perfect - I would have liked a different mug design. However, the suction cup and utensils are so cool that poor cup design isn't an impediment. This is a really cute, very well made, easy to use plate and utensil set perfect for toddlers. This will be a great gift! Definitely recommend!
