I didn't know this was available for my T3610. I put a 4TB hard drive in this bay next to a CD with a 3.5" universal adapter. It worked fine but my drives got to 40-45C. I put it in and plugged the fan into the connector and it fell off. 8s on drives, yes they are all even 3TB under. Now they all run much better at 35s than 39-44s. Watch this video to give you an idea of how to install it. I found it easiest to turn on the PC on the side and place the bracket on the outside near the top of the PC to access the fan connector and put the RAM chip cover back on. Doesn't include screws so I used my own. But after removing the front panel I see that Dell has already screwed the 4 required screws into the back of the front plastic panel that you are changing. So you already have screws, just hidden.
