They work. The bags are think and seem durable and "zip-lock" seal for the bag that I tried was heavy and obviously sealed. (Not like the kitchen bags that will let you think you got it.) Tossed a few in the glove box so they are there if needed.Looking into the bag, my thought was it could use a little more absorbent material, but it must be the stuff that is in the modern thin diapers, because it did the job. It's about the thickness of the lowest quality disposable plastic shopping bags you might encounter so it's not going to last, but I guess it could help avoid exposure.
