Fantastic, durable and well built. The shoulder straps are well padded and distribute the weight of a heavy bag well. I put 3 books, a folder, a notebook, a laptop, a pencil case, a charger and headphones. There is still enough space for my wallet, keys, packed lunch and another big book. Room for water bottles in the side pockets. Last semester the weight of my books was killing my shoulders and the straps eventually started to break. With a similar load this semester, my shoulders barely feel the weight. The zippers are strong, it's well constructed and I expect this backpack will last a long time. Another plus is that it's not huge on my back. I wouldn't call it "minimalist" but it's also not chunky or gaudy.
