Fantastic, durable and well built. The shoulder straps are well padded and distribute the weight of a heavy bag well. I put 3 books, a folder, a notebook, a laptop, a pencil case, a charger and headphones. There is still enough space for my wallet, keys, packed lunch and another big book.
