Great for costumes but runs small
Bought this for a Halloween costume. It's very cute and looks great, but it has a very strong smell. My only warning, this is not for women. I'm 5ft 4in and 140lbs and had to stretch all the buckles in the final adjustments to get this to fit. I would say if your waist is over 31 inches this will not work for you.
