I had high hopes for this machine. I can say that it is well designed and compact, comes with a hose attachment that is conveniently stored in the device and has a cutter that is also stored in the device. It was also well packaged to protect the product. The pump didn't work out of the box. All ads work as expected and I checked three times to see if I missed anything stupid. But whenever the gauge showed suction, the pump wouldn't work. There are safety switches in the box to protect the machine, so I don't know if one of them was defective or if a wire was disconnected somewhere during production. They will support their product 100% and I have no reason to doubt it but as this is a newly launched product and I had this issue I decided to return it to Revain and buy something else.
