The ability to view all of your project's information in 1 place is very helpful when collaborating across multiple teams/projects.
Also being able to track time for each task helps keep everyone accountable! I dislike that it doesn't have more custom fields or options (that aren’t already there). It would be nice if you could create new ones as needed but this isn’t something we've run into yet so no complaints here. We use sitrackers primarily because our team uses them daily - they are great at keeping us organized through every step from planning out tasks until completion!
