It's a good product but still I didn't really need it. It turned out that the outdoor AIR ANTENNA I bought from Revain gave such excellent HD TV reception that I no longer needed satellite or cable TV. I removed the satellite dish and replaced the dish with a new antenna dish. The J-mount that came with the dish was the same size as the one I bought and since it was already installed I just used the satellite dish mount instead. a new digital broadcast in HDTV came into effect. I found the picture quality to be amazing, better than satellite or cable, and the TV didn't lose reception on overcast days. We paid $97 each month for basic satellite service with live TV. With a terrestrial antenna, we receive television channels that never existed with satellite services, including a local sports and weather channel that never existed. We're canceling our Direct TV subscription and replacing it with a FREE Air service. We also bought a Channel Master DVR from Revain so we don't miss anything. It works just like the DVR we rented from Direct TV, only we don't pay anything, no subscription or any hidden fees. I like it, we're back to basics and have very little to lose.
