Review on πŸ’Ž Minera Fine Grain Dead Sea Salt - 2lb Bag by Sheila Harris

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Questionable authenticity

Not sure if this is 100% pure Dead Sea salt as stated on the packaging. Obviously, salt crystals of two different types are mixed together: transparent and opaque white. Also the packaging and Amazon product page says it is "certified" as genuine. Certified by whom? The packet does not specify a CA type. I dissolved some in water and tried a small amount and it tasted very unpleasant/bitter/metallic. I've been to the Dead Sea and the water doesn't taste that good. I'm pretty sure there's Epsom salts mixed in, and who knows what else. I'm pretty sure that "100% pure and authentic" means the salt they mixed was 100% pure when they mixed it with the filler. The product in the package cannot be 100% Dead Sea Salt.
