***Updated review below*** Fine. However, I have the same problem as the other reviewer. The set screws on the underside of the plate that help hold it in place protrude too far, making it difficult for me to mount the plate onto the tripod head. I tried tightening the screw a little more, but it didn't help. I ended up having to remove a set screw to mount it on the tripod, but that means the plate isn't fully secured. A little disappointed. ***Update 3-3-20*** I only gave these two stars at first. However, I have since purchased a gimbal head that uses Arca Swiss mounting plates and they work great. Conversely, the mounting plate on my tripod slips a little. However, they still don't fit my tripod head, so I'm not upgrading them to 5 stars.
