I needed Wi-Fi for a stationary computer. Led by good reviews, bought. It does not see the 5 GHz network (there are some ranges that it sees if you configure it on the router, but I connected to the phone, these ranges are not set there, so only 2.4 GHz) BUT there is one more nuance when plugged into USB 3.0 the computer sees the adapter, finds networks, but does not connect to them (this is a complete PPC), neither new firewood from the site or from the disk helps, as I did not try to do anything with it. BUT it works in a usb 2.0 network, it sees it connects, but the connection is constantly cut off, because of usb 2.0 there is no speed (when buying such an adapter you expect something more). BUT on the laptop it turned out that it works fine in usb 3.0 and it is determined by itself and the speed is excellent and in general everything is super, it’s a pity that the laptop already has Wi-Fi and this whistle is not needed there. I would never buy this adapter again.
