Frustrated by PURELINE's Lackluster Support

Unfortunately, my recent acquisition of a water filter for my fridge from the PURELINE online store was not a positive one. Their website was simple to use and offered a wide variety of filtration options, but their support was inadequate. The first problem was that the filter I got did not work with my fridge even though it was supposed to. I contacted customer support, but they responded slowly and didn't seem interested in assisting me. A replacement filter was eventually offered after several days and numerous emails. Unfortunately, the replacement filter was broken when it came. My second attempt to contact customer support was met with the same indifference and indifference. It was inconvenient and time-consuming to have to go to a separate store to buy a filter. In general, PURELINE fell short of my expectations. Their customer service was terrible, but they had a wide variety of categories to choose from. I will not be making any future purchases from them and will not be recommending them to anyone.
