Review on mGroomer by Darion Wooten

I like that it has an easy to use interface, you can upload your own images or use stock photos from google. You also have some nice features such as being able to create multiple profiles which will help with managing clients more easily. The customer service could be better - sometimes there are issues when they try to log in but don't know how to fix them themselves so we end up having to call their support team who then tell us what's wrong and ask if we want to pay to get our account fixed. It would really benefit me personally if they had a chat feature where i could talk directly to someone about my problems without waiting for 20 mins to speak to them over email. We've been using this software since 2015 and haven't experienced any major issues yet. Its helped us manage client accounts much easier than before.
