They are adorable. If you order the right size your dog will wear it comfortably and everyone they meet can't help but stop, smile and comment on how cute and festive your dog looks. My 5 month old Golden was most comfortable in the medium size but will likely wear the large size when he grows up. I bought a very large one for my neighbors, an adult gold one, and although it wore it well, it was a bit large and the large one would have been the right size. They also have a small Jack Russell and the medium size was just right for it. Smaller ones would be too tight. The only problem with this is that puppies find bells, pompoms, pants and shiny things VERY tempting. Chewed up my golden 2. : (Will try again as they have adorable reds, whites and blues and a pretty rainbow.) My neighbors, an 8 month old Jack Russell, also destroyed it. The good news is that 2 older dogs wore it with pride and will be able to wear it next year and Casey, a 10 year old Australian Shepherd blue merle also wore it proudly and will wear it for a year to come. They are actually much prettier than they look in the pictures.
