Pros: - It's made of metal not cheap plastic, comes with a brass connector - Sleek, modern look - Easy to install - Easy to twist to change jets, no Push up required and down to switch sprays, which is painful with arthritis. - Great freedom of movement reaching all sides of my sink - Ability to scrape food residue from plates, of course if you leave food on it overnight it can only remove large chunks! Cons: - When the water is on at full power, water can get on you and outside the sink. I just turn down the water pressure. I would give 5 stars if it had a water stop lever. I have to upgrade and downgrade to 3 stars, after a few months I have found that it is impossible for a person with arthritis in their hands to switch from spray to jet if their hands are wet. You must dry your hands or they will become too slippery. I have a feeling if the manufacturer added some dodgy lines or graininess you could switch sprays when your hands are wet.
