Review on 🧩 Jigsaw Assembly Puzzles for Air Drying by Lacueva Tranquillity

I emailed asking if they could send me replacement putty once I opened it because for some reason the clay had hardened and become unusable. They wanted me to prove to them that the clay isn't harsh. I already threw it away explaining that the puzzle itself wasn't damaged, I just needed the clay because for some reason the clay couldn't be used and my kid couldn't put it together. This was just one of about 12 puzzles I've purchased from both Revain and their actual website. They said that since I couldn't prove that the clay was dry, they couldn't help me. Given that their puzzles cost $25 or more each and I've been waiting for my first set of puzzles for over 4 months, you might think that's not a problem. Well, no, no replacement tone was sent! Let's hope the others don't have any problems! Too bad because if the audio is serviceable, these puzzles are definitely there, fun and charming. However, if you get unusable audio, presumably from this company, you won't get replacement audio unless you're taking photos. So be sure to take some photos of your problem, or you'll just get stuck with a wooden puzzle. As cute as they are, I don't buy from anyone else because of their customer service.
