I ordered 3 of these for a ridiculously low price so I was wondering if there would be any issues with the quality of the products I received. In fact, 1 of the 3 I received was defective. But this is where the bad news ends and the good news begins. The seller included a contact card in the package so I emailed them and received an automated reply saying my email was queued and would be answered on a first come, first served basis. A few hours later I received a second email from a support rep who apologized for the issue and promised to send a replacement product. When I received the replacement device, I tested it immediately and it worked great. So like I said in the title of this review I got 3 good products for a ridiculously low price and the customer service was as good as I could ask for. It's easy to write a review when everything arrives and works as expected the first time, but the real test is how the seller responds to the issue. And these people have responded in an exemplary manner. Perfect!
