I've had this thing for probably a few months now and I really like it. I had no problems with that at all. It has two different "hit" settings, one slightly stronger than the other, but to be honest I don't use the stronger setting that often. Of course, this is down to preference, but I've found that lower settings work for me in most cases. And I have to say I was very surprised at how much air you can get out of this thing. I guess I wasn't exactly expecting any of this considering it's USB powered, but don't be fooled by the fact that this thing can't push an iota of air. And it's pretty quiet, too, if that bothers you. Perfect for a desk fan in the workplace where you might be bothered by annoying co-workers. (with fan noise. lol). All in all a surprisingly well made and very capable little fan.
