Charging problem
The product looked fine with a thicker cable (or maybe just a jacket). Charged over 20 hours and still not reached 100 percent. It just took a very long time to charge no matter how much power was on the battery and now it doesn't work at all. I would send it back but I don't think it's worth the postage. I'll find another cable (try to find the Samsung original) and go with that. Very disappointed with the product.
