Review on AceProject by Scott King

I like that it is flexible enough in being able to do many different types of projects. There is no need for more than 1 user to have access to the same project. The setup process could be easier to understand so you don't have to go through several help files before getting an idea what you need to do. It's not very intuitive and can take some time to get used to. Also, sometimes there are errors with time sheets which can make it difficult to get them corrected quickly after they've been submitted. This has made me realize how important this is and I will be looking into new programs. We have multiple people working on projects at once and we want to know if anyone has left the current task unfinished. With ace project we can see who has worked on the last task and see who hasn't. The best part about aceproject is that it has many different ways of creating projects like task management, time sheets etc which makes my life much easier when managing multiple project teams or even for personal use as well. I find myself using this tool more than any other scheduling app because i need all these things in one place! it's expensive compared with cheaper options such as webex but the features are very powerful if you want everything under 1 roof!
