Good paper but for a pad it still bends like a belt
I have some notebooks at home. Some are cheap (Canson/Dick Blick) and more expensive (Arches/Fabiano). What I didn't have were large blocks to wash or two. Well, they weren't for that. I have performed different techniques in different areas. Slightly wet-on-wet for cloudy skies and wet-on-dry for buildings, then dry-on-dry for wood. The paper did well on the last two, but wet on wet left me unmoved. The paper folded and unrolled. It's fine for light washes, after all, but think of it more like a pad than a block.
