I love that it allows me to manage all of my recruitment activities in one place, from sourcing candidates through offer stage via feedback loop with clients/candidates etc., plus tracking performance metrics for each candidate (and recruiter!).
It's also very easy - once you've got used to how everything works! No major issues at this point but would like more flexibility around filtering by role type or subcategory within roles as well being able to filter out certain types of records e.g. only show opportunities where there are no current vacancies available; rather than having multiple tabs open which can be quite confusing when adding new jobs / searching over time so just wish we could do something different here too! Recruitment process has become much easier since using koritivity compared to other systems previously utilised & saved lotsa money along way thanks!!
