I love that it allows me to manage all of my recruitment activities in one place, from sourcing candidates through offer stage via feedback loop with clients/candidates etc., plus tracking performance metrics for each candidate (and recruiter!). I like how easy it was to set up, manage candidates from all over the world! It's great that we can send emails or post jobs in different time zones at no additional charge for our clients (even international ones!). The only downside about this program are their reports which take forever when generating them. They should improve those so they're quick & easier to produce as well.
