Review on Kortivity by Patrick Matin

I like how easy it was to set up, manage candidates from all over the world! It's great that we can send emails or post jobs in different time zones at no additional charge for our clients (even international ones!). The only downside about this program are their reports which take forever when generating them. They should improve those so they're quick & easier to produce as well. We were able to hire freelancers with ease using kortitivity! This helped us save money by reducing payroll costs while also having someone available 24/7. I like that it allows me to track my applicants in one place, as well as their resumes! It's not very intuitive at first but once you get used with how everything works - things just start making sense for your business needs/requirements. The ability of tracking multiple candidates through out an application process can be helpful when looking back over time (or even after) if there are any issues or questions about certain applications submitted by employees.
