I use this with an Ibera Pak Rak rear bike rack. I had never owned baskets or shelves and only chose them because of the price. These bags offer phenomenal value! I use them in good weather to store a lot of things. The materials are of high quality and the bag closure system is easy to use. The pockets themselves are very roomy. The only issue I have is that the outside zips under the hem are hard to reach, so I added some zip ties to ease access. There is a plastic insert that provides rigidity, it can bend and make the bags difficult to fill. I took them out and swapped them around so the plastic curved the other way and it's been pretty smooth ever since. If that bothers you that much, I'm sure 1/8th-thick plywood weighs the same and does the same thing without flexing.
