This is the worst product and company I have ever dealt with. I chose this product after a lot of research and felt the reviews were positive and I liked that we support a small business in the US because I was hoping there would be more love for the small business detail with the product, and it wouldn't be as massive a production as some big companies that produce thousands of pieces a day. When we installed the hob we found that the grates we were provided with, which were "brand new", were already scratched and rusted. I contacted customer service who sent me a new set of grilles. These also arrived rusty and scratched and missing the rubber feet that prevent scratches on the hob itself. It was evident that the bars had been used by someone else and had been returned. I have no idea why but I agreed that they would send a third set of poles. They arrived yesterday and one was in good condition and usable but the other wasn't even for the size of slab I have. They sent 2 completely different sizes and didn't even check. Obviously this company lacks pride in their product and service. I would say the hob works well but not as powerful as I thought with the super burner. It's also a complete pain to erase. Even with a microfiber cloth, it still looks striped. Now we plan to spray the grilles to keep them from corroding and rusting further immediately, but we'll maybe keep it for the next 5-10 days. 6 months and then replace. I would do it now, but after a complete kitchen makeover we need a little break. Unfortunately, you really do get what you pay for with this product. I would give zero stars if possible.
