Review on 🎧 BE Headwear Bluetooth Headset: Drop-in Headphones for Ski/Snowboard Helmets – Universal Compatibility by Joel Young

Revainrating 5 out of 5

100% Commitment to Customer Service

I just bought these for my ski vacation in Vail. I researched a few here and the ones for $130 or so had this rating and they had 50. First of all I would like to say that I was very satisfied on the first and second day. The sound is good at high volume and they are behind the foam ear pads, I had to turn the phone down. Someone wrote about the inability to find the on/off buttons through the helmet. So I cut off a small piece of velcro about 1/4 thick. Arrow easily, on, off, pause and call while skiing. No problem . On the third day, the button stopped working except for turning it on and off. When you're in the lift trying to talk to someone or get route information, you don't want to be looking in your jacket for your phone to stop or possibly drop it out of the lift. For that reason I would rate it a 2 until I came across their customer service. I have to say that I have never experienced such commitment to their product. They sent me a new pair and let me keep the rest as spares as they just work non-stop. I think there is another review here with similar experience. I don't care what product you buy, everyone can have flaws here and there, that's how the company works, if it happens, do they really believe that much in their product that that's how they work, or try every way you can to make it work . reversal difficult. Speakers are more than adequate for skiing, call reception worked while skiing, pause worked but stopped, bluetooth connection was fine all the time, even at 12,000 feet, but stand behind a product like this - 5 den all day long . .
