Received, charged and put in my ski helmet. The fit was perfect after a small adjustment to put it in the right place. I followed the advice of some other users in this review by sticking a small piece of hard eraser on the main button for easier access. Even without gloves, it was difficult to know which button was which, let alone how to press it hard enough to activate that button. Update: Decided to correct the rating and remove 2 stars for using these chips for a while. Unfortunately the audio cuts out every now and then and the bluetooth becomes less and less responsive when it comes to switching songs on my phone. I bought this headset to use with a motorcycle helmet. (FYI: I ride a 2018 Ninja 400 with a Shoei GT-Air helmet and always wear foam earplugs when riding.) I just bought these for my ski vacation in Vail. I researched a few here and the ones for $130 or so had this rating and they had 50. First of all I would like to say that I was very satisfied on the first and second day. The sound is good at high volume and they are behind the foam ear pads, I had to turn the phone down.
