This item was purchased so my kids can play outside and explore the water when it rains. I am an educator and would recommend this product to any parent of my children. Children can sit in a puddle of water and all clothing underneath will remain dry. The size is perfect for wearing a jacket underneath in cold weather. My daughter is about 18 months and I have 2T to allow extra room for snow gear and room to grow. Got a 4T for my 3 year old and it's a bit big but offers room to grow without being too big. LOVE the new style with reflective stripes and super durable material for baby briefs so they don't wear out too much. Highly Recommended!
