Review on Spikeball Outdoor Game Set with Drawstring Bag by Jim Roberts

Hello, I would like to return this item. I am disappointed in this product. It's not as advertised. The net is very loose, it's impossible to jump. The game is only suitable for small children. I bought this for my teens and they got bored after 5 minutes as the ball never bounced more than 12 inches over the net. Please give me instructions on how to return it. Everything is in the same good condition as it came. I just put it back in the box. Sorry, not fun at all.
