Review on 🧼 Torq EQP323 Snow Foam Blaster R1 Foam Gun: Superior Foam Cleaning with 1 Pack Efficiency by Jason Hinrichs

UPDATE: I contacted the pharmacy customer service and expressed my concerns, they requested some photos and videos of the product not keeping in touch. As soon as I shipped it they quickly supplied a new quick coupler and hose attachment and it works GREAT! I just received a faulty piece the first time, but it was easy to go through them and get a new one. The foam gun now works AMAZING and I couldn't be happier! ------------ -------------------------------------- ------------ ----------------------FIRST RATING: I would give zero stars if it was possible because it so is cannot be used at all. Right out of the box it looked so promising. It's very easy to put everything together, but the quick connector on the hose barb DOES NOT stay attached to the soap container! simply accidentally jumps out of the hose nozzle on the quick coupler! It just didn't fit securely and as soon as I started spraying it bounced off and fell to the ground. It's useless, I would have to hold the neck of the soap container with one hand and hold the nozzle of the hose with the other hand, even then it would pop out and I would have to reconnect it! Fair warning, buy a foam gun with a better and stronger soap tank hose nozzle connection! It was nothing but a headache! I've reached out to the Chemical Guys for help, let's see if there's any help. I will update as progress is made.
