It's sturdy and works well

We sent back another brand after it bent on first use. One trick when coring an apple: move the spindle to the end and line up the apple core next to the coring hole, push the apple in, then pull the spindle back and start over. It's durable, works well and we've baked quite a few cakes with it. Great purchase and great product!
