A few days ago I received a pump to pump waste water up to 25 feet through a hose onto my roof garden. It works well and comes with a one-way valve so you don't have to refill it every time. I like the water sensor technology which I feel is an added value over a comparable float model. I've had bad experiences in the past with the pivoting float model, which is about as cheap as a sensor in a drain pump. I would buy a second one to collect more sewage from the upcoming San Francisco design versus another cheaper stainless steel model from another company. This stainless steel model also sits better underwater than the plastic model, which tends to float and tip slightly. I am very happy with this pump so far and it comes with a 2 year guarantee.
