Works very well! for water pumps, parts and accessories

Pump works very well. It fills itself up if you give it some time and pumps like crazy! The water level sensor turns on when water reaches it and turns off after it has had some time to "dry”. So the level sensor's judgment is still a bit off and I'll post more about it after I've had a chance to see how well it shuts off when the water level goes down. Good value for money. And since it's made of stainless steel, it looks good too. Good materials and workmanship.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Socket required

Drain pump won't start or work properly

I've had this pump for almost a year now and it hasn't worked properly since day one. When it pumps, it pumps well, but making it work automatically is a joke. Worked one or two days in a row, then no more. I juggle and juggle while getting wet in the rain. It got worse, now I go out and juggle and end; it only pumps for a few minutes. I checked everything I could think of. It's smooth, there's no debris on it and I even changed the swim positions to all 4 settings. nope Now I'm considering…

It just works. Excellent

I am impressed with the build quality. All stitching and components appear to be of decent quality. My initial test of the sensor worried me as it took around 5-8 seconds to trigger, but I believe this is to minimize false starts/starts. The pump works fine when I'm moving water out of my dough. Now for use in real weather. I needed this to be portable, so I used an old bucket, drilled about 40 3/8" into it, and then wrapped 1/4" netting over it to keep the leaves out. The power cord was listed

May not have a sensor on the bottom

Looks like the seller was giving advice that he or she has not tested. Although it is possible to detach the sensor from the 4 fixing plugs and place it on the floor, the pump will not work in this case! The pump only works when the sensor is in one of the 4 mounting holes. This is also in the manufacturer's instructions. It's a waste of time if the seller keeps making false claims and misleading people like me into buying the pump with false promises. This is a powerful good pump but it will…

As long as this pump and sensor work as advertised!

I like that it sucks up a lot of water fairly quickly and that it's very quiet. I live in Hawaii where many of us in remote areas depend on rainwater filtered through an entire home filtration system to sustain our water intake. I installed this pump on top of a 10,000 gallon holding tank where I collect rainwater from the roof through the gutters and then into the tank. When my tank overflows during the rainy season, water collects in my gutters and overflows onto my surrounding porch (open…

  • Quality construction

  • I don't have much to complain about, everything is fine

Great pump, terrible delivery from Revain.

Arrived broken and unfortunately only opened it after the return period. Worked well for about 10 days, even with defective parts, after which it blocked. Spoke to the manufacturer and he was very good. Was willing to send parts or a replacement if Revain doesn't provide a replacement, but I need to fix the drainage issue before the pump can handle my water issues. And I won't blame the manufacturer for Revains' shoddy delivery. The pump pumped out a lot of water while it was working and I will

Powerful and updated sensor technology

A few days ago I received a pump to pump waste water up to 25 feet through a hose onto my roof garden. It works well and comes with a one-way valve so you don't have to refill it every time. I like the water sensor technology which I feel is an added value over a comparable float model. I've had bad experiences in the past with the pivoting float model, which is about as cheap as a sensor in a drain pump. I would buy a second one to collect more sewage from the upcoming San Francisco design…

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Decent Auto Start - Homeowner Clutch Pump

I was looking for a pump that would start automatically when it collects rainwater and pumps the water to another location through a garden hose. I wanted the pump to stop when the water ran out. This pump does it. The instructions are useless. They are clearly (poorly) translated from another language. I have attached an instruction image. After reading reviews, researching pump specs, and searching company websites (nothing of value or help online) I took the risk of buying because: it's…
