Came dirty! And the topper is soft, not hard.
No! Arrived damaged, dirty and stained even in a sealed vacuum bag. I have now been instructed to repackage the memory foam for return. square pin in a round hole. (Try again before you cut it!) I ordered this based on some reviews that said it was more durable (for the back brace, which is what I wanted). He's not solid at all. But if you're looking for an overall, 'typical' topper/cloud feel to ease the aches and pains of a hard mattress, you'll likely be satisfied with this one; if you are lucky enough to receive the topper clean and undamaged.
