Not for the 220MHz band.
Do not attempt to use this antenna without connecting it to an SWR meter. My SWR was 3-1 over 147,000MHz. I had to shorten the antenna by about half an inch to get 1.2-1 agreement on the full 2m band. I cut the antenna off about 1/8" at a time. This is not a tri-band or quad-band antenna. At a frequency of 220 megahertz the SWR went towards infinity. With this antenna in the 220 megahertz band you are guaranteed to burn the finale in Your radio Group 440 has a perfect match of 1.1-1 This is a great dual band 2M/440MHz antenna when properly tuned.
