I have no complaints about Blackwood dog food. My 2 Great Danes get along with it very well. The complaint is that the bags were damaged upon delivery and this is not the company's fault. The last 2 packages were torn and there were parts everywhere in the box. I recommend not ordering online but picking up at a local pet store. This is an update on my previous review: I contacted Blackwood Pet Food Company customer service. Simply WOW, great customer service. With sincere apologies and offering to substitute dog food, I am a huge fan of this company. My puppies eat this food very well and the company is responsible for the quality of the food and service.
