Review on OTC 1545 Motorcycle Lift by James Rogers

Hello, I would like to return this jack for a full refund. Due to personal and health reasons, I was unable to fit this motorcycle/ATV jack a little over a month ago (February 2021). When I first used it I was able to raise the bike up and then lower it to the locked position. The jack then wouldn't come out of the locked/stop position, so I had to use another jack to raise the front end high enough to get the bike off the jack. Examining the jack, it rises when pumping, but when I stop, the jack immediately lowers, which is why it went to the "lock/stop" position. I called the manufacturer who said they had a faulty pump a few years ago and it could be one of those jacks/pumps. They do not expect to replace the pump until September 2021, but it may take longer due to backorders due to COVID. So I would like to please return this product for a full refund.
